Off-Premise Receptionist Services Our telephone receptionists are always courteous and there to help whether we are answering your business line or your personal phone. Each time your telephone rings, your account will appear on a video display, telling the telephone receptionists how to answer your phone and all pertinent information about your business. This enables our "receptionists" to sound as much like your office secretary as possible. The receptionist will then connect your caller to the specified person. If you are unavailable, we can either connect the caller to your voice mail, or we can take the caller back and offer to take a message or connect them to voice mail that we provide. Let us be the courteous voice your callers hear instead of voice mail or not getting an answer and them going to your competitor. Appointment or Event Scheduling Our Scheduling software allows for you to make or cancel appointments as well as our appointment receptionist "real time" which means all appointments and changes are done on our server immediately so there will be no confusion of appointments. The software also allows you to block out times you will not be available. For instance lunch, gone for the day and vacations. Per your request you will receive an e-mail of your appointments daily. *Technical Support Hot Lines We will provide you with a business number to call forward your phone to. Each time your telephone rings, your account will appear on a video display, telling the telephone receptionists how to answer your phone and all pertinent information about your business. This enables our "receptionists" to sound as much like your office secretary as possible. Our service features a voice mail computer for picking up your messages. This will allow you to pick up your messages at any time. You will actually hear the receptionist speaking to your caller confirming their name and telephone number, thus eliminating wrong names or numbers. The voice mail computer allows you to retrieve your messages at your speed without putting you on hold. We can also provide you with an Alpha Pager which will page you with your calls. This pager has a screen that your full message will be typed out on by our telephone receptionists. This eliminates calling into the computer to pick up messages.
