Worst place to work. This company has the highest employee turnover rate. Higher than any of the companies it answers phones for. Owner practices deception when employees give notice to leave the company. No employee handbook is given and employee is not paid full wage on final paycheck. Instead of paying full wage employee gets minimum wage and a page from employee handbook is enclosed that states if a 3 week notice is not given employee receives minimum wage. Owner also refuses to let employees choose how their vacation time is used and when they use it ie: sick days, etc. On employees last day of work for company the owner refuses to talk to employee and ignores employee. I would NEVER recommend this company to replace a "live" in-person receptionist. As a former employee I learned these things the hard way. Don't let this happen to you. Ask your employer about how much notice is needed to be given and if your rate of pay will remain the same on your final paycheck.
